~frustrated: The number answers very quickly but is only for pay-as-you go. they wanted me to call *** again but eventually agreed to try to connect my call. this worked, even though the wait was long. still a better option than ***.

~frustrated: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
