GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Orlando Sentinel customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~sroberto: The orlando sentinel has charged my credit card without authorization. I have not had a subscription with them for months and months and then all of the sudden I start getting the Sunday paper and a charge showed up on my credit card. When I call them they say "We sent you an automatic renewal letter and you didn't respond." One I didn't receive a renewal letter, *. There was nothing to renew, I haven't been receiving the paper. Now I am hoping for a refund. Do not let them get your credit card number...You will be sorry.

GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Orlando Sentinel customers?
