~Joyce Spurlin: We have * subscriptions for * Sunday papers to be delivered every Sunday. (Total of * Sunday Papers.) Have made of ** phone calls, never had a problem when we lived in Orlando....now that we moved to the Melbourne area....we have had issues. Customer service promises us a phone call from this Supervisor and that Manager......our subscription is paid in full. Getting jerked around....and passed on......we got * paper on Sunday....delivery guy threw it on a sidewalk...where bikers and early morning walkers can run over it or steal it....driver didn't even get it on the grass. We live on A*A......beachside.......Just curious....why the **** the driver didn't throw ALL * of our papers? We paid for the service....Sentinel is not delivering and not concerned with our issues. Nothing but lies and empty promises....call center*customer service is a joke.......they are just there to stroke you...get you off phone. We paid for a service....and we expect the Orlando Sentinel to deliver on

~Joyce Spurlin: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Joyce Spurlin: For that I would say five out of five.
