~Nancy Swan: I called up PCCare*** to get my Sony Vaio laptop fixed. The technician who was given my case resolved all issues with my laptop completely. I took a * year subscription with PCCare***. So, whenever i face any problem, I call them. They fix it even at wee hours of night. I even get a call every month from them to check if I have any problem and they optimize my laptop. The overall experience so far with PCCare*** has been excellent.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting PCCare247. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a PCCare247 problem?
~Nancy Swan: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
