~Aquariunmbuilder1: It was like I wasn't talking to a real person. How could they take that long to respond??? And when we actually started chatting, he took ilke * minutesd to answer a questions. Arent they supposed to be expert or knowlwdgeable in what they do? it can be aggravating.
