GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-tallulah: I started shopping for my dog supplies at Petco instead of Petsmart because it is closer and they have a better variety of grain free food. Yesterday, I bought my dogs some of those prepackaged Valentine's treats. I did not notice until I got home that I was charged for them but they weren't in any of my bags. This is the second time I have had a problem similar to this. I am tired of paying for something I didn't receive. Those treats were not cheap and I would like to request that that money be refunded to my debit card account. I don't remember the exact price, but they were over $*. It was four bones decorated with red and white icing. If this issue can not be resolved then I wil have to take my business elsewhere, and I really do not want to go back to Petsmart,but will if I feel it necessary.
