~anthony: I spoke with a guy from India he was rude and unprofesional. I told him I would do what he said with the computer, and then call back. After attempting to call back they didn't answer the first attempt, and then answered and immediatly hung up the *nd time that I called back.

~anthony: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
