GetHuman-55113: Had direct pay out of my check, I didn't know it expired after a year, and my bill wasn't getting withdrawn for * months. I got a notice in my newspaper box that I was going to be disconnected the next day. My wife called in, and the CSR told her to pay *** to keep the electric on, so she paid it. Then the CSR said "oops, I JUUUST refreshed my screen, and it looks like the technician JUUUUST disconnected it right now. You'll have to waith * days to be reconneted, and pay a reconnect fee."
