GetHuman-131383: I spoke to a Representative Andrian and it was the worst business call that I've ever conducted in my life.She was very unprofessional,rude,insulting and very unhelpful.I asked her was our call being recorded and she confirmed that it was.I could not believe that she disrespected a customer to that extent knowing that her supervisors could play back the tape.I requested at least five times to speak to her supervisor and she complied after she finished insulting me.When I spoke to Jessica her supervisor she was professional,apoligetic and very helpful!Jessica promised me that she will handle Andrian in an accordinly manner and I trusted her word.I'm happy that I didn't need to report this to Shelly the Customer Care Mgr.at the end result since Jessica sounded very trustworthy.I am a brand new customer and had never imagined that I would incur this type of service from PPL*Utilities.
