~angry bird: PSE&G checked my dryer(under warranty) It would just shut down.Repair man tells me I need a part .That took two weeks to come in.He replaced the part and left telling me dyrer is fine.Ten minutes later I go to use the dryer and it has no heat.Not the problem before. I immediately called PSEG and was told someone would come in two days.On a hunch I called to confirm the appointment and was told it was never booked.So I had to wait three more days. Finally repair man shows up and states my vent is to long and is not allowing proper air exchange he shortens it and leaves.Put clothes in the dryer and THERE IS STILL NO HEAT! He also left the vent disconnected from the back (carbon monoxide leak)waiting again for another appointment!!! kinda seems like a game here what do theses men make an hour ??? Rake in that OT )

~angry bird: For that I would say five out of five.

~angry bird: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PSE&G to know who you are.
