~unhappy energy client: They have no compassion, When I called I got as far as speaking to collections agent, gave all my information to make an initial payment, was put on hold the hung up on. Called back waited another ** mins & was told that the arrangement never went through then the person was like you could give it again, I got so frustrated I just hung up
