GetHuman-230988: wait time to speak to a customer service rep is too long! More than half of the time I called, I got a voice message saying PSEG is experiencing "unusual power outage" in the area and asked me to call back some other time, then it hanged up on me. Left me feeling there is no good time to call for assistance. Pretty frustrated when need immediate help.
