~csanchez: Your company needs a serious make over* nothing beats CUSTOMER SERVICE when having a live agent*associate handling customer issues, and*or new business. Horrible experience* seriously "go back to the drawing board and come up with a solution on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your auto mated service and help desk is terrible. I want speed and accuracy when I call for assistance, and*or conduct business, transactions through PayPal. Is a fast paste world, and I want fast and accuracy when I call for assistance and*or conduct business with you. I will make sure I reroute my family, friends, and word of mouth on the street of how horrible your system and process transferring funds or sending funds are. I will also share this horrible experience with a group of my ten thousand students and friends* multiply that number by ten of unhappy customers. Because of your dinosaur process and horrible customer service my payment did not reach my car insurance, and it was cancelled it does not include the fees

~csanchez: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~csanchez: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PayPal customers?
~csanchez: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
