~threeparts: My Payflex card was deactivated for .**, yes one penny which was no fault of my own! John told me to go to Walgreens and buy bandaids to file a claim and once I took out of my busy day to do this, I could expect my card to be reactivated a week later. This is ridiculious! I am outraged. Every time I use my card I have to validate a claim. Who has time for this. For starters, its our money and if it was not an FSA item, the card would not process the charge!
