~Sherry: Payflex denied a dental claim even though we have no dental coverage. After a long phone call they finally paid it. One week later, they denied a claim for a dental crown. This after another half hour on the phone with Inette with her kid crying in the background. She told me it takes two hours for the electronic documentation to appear in the system (on a claim that has been processed and denied). She also said that managers are not able to take calls. This is not over-this claim will be paid!!!!
