~diydr: Oak Brook Kitchen Faucet ******** Spigot assembly broke away from the base after unit became increasingly difficult to swivel (a common problem with this and similar models according to the reviews I found when trying to figure out my model*) *I had to call * times. The first time the the tech said the system was down and asked me to call back another time. The next day I called again and the tech was very abrupt bordering on rude, and would not take time to understand the problem and offered to send me a part that would not solve the issue or told me to take it back to the store and see if they would replace it. Because the second tech didn't understand what was wrong with the unit I called again. The third tech told me to take the unit back to the store to see if they would replace it. Having dealt with Moen and Delta before, if I had this issue, I would have a new faucet on its way. This company does not stand behind its product even though by now they must know it is faulty in desi
