~meemam: I have tried so many times to reset my password so I can start pinning and I never get an email. The help section is not helpful at all. This has been going on for months. Very disappointed because I love the site.

~meemam: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~meemam: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pinterest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~meemam: For that I would say four out of five.
