~kman: Absolutely terrible. Terrible rates, terrible equipment, and terrible customer service. They may answer the phones but they don't do anything to deal with anyone's problems. No one ever calls you back when they are supposed to. If you request to speak to someone of authority they will just tell you that no managers are on duty! Keep far away from this company... just google search for "pivotal payments complaints" and you'll find more than enough infuriated customers.
