GetHuman-244945: it is the worst company I have ever used. Out of all the businesses I do bookkeeping for the worst one we have ever used is Pivotal. I tell people to STAY AWAY they are rip off artists. the customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with. I wish we had never dealt with them they took more money then they saved us.
