~Lee Rich: I was impressed with their customer service person and his attitude. My problem was with the Regional Manager who wouldn't call me back and even lied and said I had a "wrong phone number" and then hung up. Their customer service person promised a response from corporate within three business days. We will see about that. This location is a sinking ship.

~Lee Rich: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Lee Rich: For that I would say four out of five.
