~Madmama: I was told that the bathroom light I wanted was going to be on sale for the next * weeks by a customer service rep. so I waited to order to see if I would get a free shipping coupon because the shipping was $**. Five days later the price jumped $**. I called to ask if they would honor the pervious price because I was told false information. The rep told me no and that there is no way they can make any adjustments.. This is very disappointing, I was lied to. now I will not be able buy to this light because the price is rediculous. *What happened to good old Pottery Barn? The costumer service is going down the tube. You would think for as much money as they charge for there products they could afford to work with people.
