~NLMc: This company boasts about its customer service online, but I ordered a sofa (in store) nearly a month ago, and still cannot get a delivery date. The in-store-promo guaranteed delivery in ** days, but I was told by a customer service rep by phone that promo items are frequently back-ordered. The particular sofa I ordered was back-ordered for over three weeks, and I was told today that I would not receive delivery for another two weeks. But they were all too happy to take my money and neglect to tell me I would be waiting a month and a half for my merchandise. I will never buy anything from PB again that I cannot carry out the door in a bag.
