GetHuman-109328: I was sold a * day cruise on the Caribbean Princess-It was not explained to me that it was * separate cruises in *-Everyone was offered tremendous deals and money back-Our mattress was no good and Andre the service manager told us to get off the ship when we docked in FT Lauderdale because he was sold out the *nd part of the trip- Other passengers told us that they were getting emails from Princess to extend their vacation on the ship and that it was free-these passengers told us to go to the computer and we would see that the *nd part of the trip was half empty-and that they were trying to fill the ship-we brought this to Andre's attention and he could care less-We have been loyal to the Princess line but they no longer care about that-w will not cruise again -we will try RC or Holland America-when we trid to reach the customer service line we had really frsh people and a man named Mike who would not give us his name told us it was not his problem to write a letter-
