GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-jclau50: We are very disappointed with two issues on Princess. We have a confirmed booking for a March **** cruise. We booked a mini-suite at full price. Contacted a rep. after seeing that if cruising after May *st, a promotion of free drinks and free specialty dining would be included with the package. This package is not being offered to us since we have booked in March. We are repeat customers and are offended that we cannot take advantage of this promotion. The customer representative response was not helpful. This may very well be our last Princess Cruise. Loyalty doesn't seem to be important.
