~Randy Roughton: I have cancelled my membership despite being a platinum member for the past two years. One of Priority Club's clients, Holiday Inn Express in Laurel, MD, overbilled me $****, and all they did was back their client. I will never stay in another Priority Club property again.

~Randy Roughton: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Randy Roughton: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priority Club's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Randy Roughton: For that I would say three out of five.
