GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Prometric customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tester: I have taken about three other Prometric tests, which went OK, but for those, I did not have a problem with the test center. I do suggest that you call the exam site the day before the test to confirm the appointment. I signed up online for a Saturday test and when I arrived on Saturday the place was closed. The owner at least answered the phone number listed for the site, and said he had told Prometric that he would be closed for a few Saturdays, so I should not have been able to book the test at all. Prometric is not open on weekends, so on Monday at *:**am I called, got someone at about **:**am - *.* hours! - then had to spend another ** minutes with the person on the phone to rebook it for later in the day on Monday. Luckily it was not a voucher or else I would have had to contact the voucher issuer too, and that could have meant an overseas call. That person did take care of the problem but it should never have had to happen. I guess this is the level of service to expect when the
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Prometric. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Prometric problem?
~tester: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tester: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Prometric's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tester: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Prometric customers?
~tester: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Prometric to know who you are.
