~Anonymous: The company show no respect to customer and do not know how to do business. Their fraud detection system is stupid and ridiculous. I placed an order with different billing and shipping address. And they cancelled my order without even trying to contact me. When I called in to ask the reason, i was told the fraud detection system treat different shipping and billing address as potentially fraud. I could not believe all stupid their system is. With nowadays advanced big data and analytics techniques, I cannot imagine they still have this kind of old system. On the other hand, for the conflict addresses, they could have contact customer to do verification. But obviously they do not. So I do not see they show any respect to their customer. I definitely do not recommend this to anyone.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ptel Mobile to know who you are.
