~tam: This company used to be smaller and much better. Then they switched systems and everything went downhill about *-* years ago. I am fed up with PTel after horrible customer service (waiting time and help) because they did not help me with phone settings and hold me liable for data running in the background- stuff the phone comes with that I don't use- that I did not connect and that charged me a lot of money. The reason I had ptel in the first place was to save money. Now they're getting "fancier" and really are just ticking people off. I know they used to share lines with Sprint, and that also was bad customer service experience for me in the past, it may have to do with it. I lost a lot of money with PTEl because of irresponsible customer service and they do not take responsibility.

~tam: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~tam: For that I would say five out of five.
