~AmyH: I still haven't been able to get through on the toll free help line for Purolator. I've been waiting for a package for over a week now and the tracking details show that every day it has been attempted for delivery, "Address correction required" is on the online tracking notice. My address hasn't changed and I can't get through to Purolator to talk about this with anyone. How infuriating!
