~mcauthor: I will never deal with Purolator again. Originally package was to be delivered on a Friday* was informed by Purolator that package could not be delivered as they would not deliver due to my dog out front my house. I do not have a dog, they delivered to the wrong apt., I called right away for a redeliver on the Monday* made certain they had my correct address and that they were to come to side door, bsmt apt. Monday came and went...still no delivery. Received a voicemail that they could not deliver due to dog in front of my house. I called AGAIN....explained there are * apartments in my building and i live at side entrance basement apartment and gave them my phone number. Scheduled a redeliver once again for Tuesday. Guess what????? Same thing happened Tuesday. I called Purolator to complain, they assured me this would not happen again and would ask driver to call before delivery and ensure he had correct entrance. Well I waited all day Wednesday again..finally around *pm i heard a t
