GetHuman-319611: Refused to billed my secondary, I billed my secondary insurance all I need if for then to sent my secondary an itemized bill after exactly a year since I had blood work done, I am still asking them to please sent an itemized bill since now I was placed in collection. I was told that they faxed itemized bills on Wednesday only. I don't understand how hard is just to fax an itemized bill today, I provided the name of the person that is willing to work on the claim today and her fax number.
