~Ann: I moved recently and have had less than a steller experience with Qwest in terms of what they charged me. Melinda was courteous and explained every aspect of my bill, which was a mess in terms of understanding it. She let me vent about Qwest and then we moved on. I made sure she knew it wasn't about her. In the end I knew what each charge was for, although I didn't like how Qwest billed it. Very confusing.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Qwest. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Qwest problem?
~Ann: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ann: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Qwest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ann: For that I would say five out of five.

~Ann: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Qwest to know who you are.
