~HappyCustomer: I am very relieved to have found the **** so I could talk to a human (thanks to this website.) *A customer service rep answered the phone right away and spoke very clearly in proper English. He helped me find the status of my order (which I couldn't find online because I accidentally checked out as guest with MasterPass, so a the email address that was associated with my masterpass account was used instead of my regular email address.) He also went out of his way to get the tracking info and check the shipping status, and he made sure I had the USPS tracking number before I ended the call. *My only complaint is that the only option I could find to contact cs was using email.

~HappyCustomer: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HappyCustomer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rakuten's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HappyCustomer: For that I would say five out of five.

~HappyCustomer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Rakuten to know who you are.
