GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Rakuten customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Charlie: I ordered a refurbished mouse and received it in a reasonable number of days. I would have been happy, but the mouse (wireless) would not turn on. I returned the mouse, and after expecting a replacement for several days, they notified me that they were out of my model and would give me a refund. The refund came across the same day, but for the rounded down dollar amount. I paid $**.** and only got $**.** back after a month long process where I still didn't have the product I paid for! The customer service was quick, but unhelpful and scripted. I will not be using them again.

~Charlie: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Charlie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rakuten's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Charlie: For that I would say one out of five.

~Charlie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Rakuten to know who you are.
