~Kona44444: If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience trying to cancel an order. Never received a confirmation email with an order number so I could not cancel online. Immediately emailed Rakuten - no response after ** hours. Called them and got transferred to four departments only to be told to contact seller direct. I was on the phone for over an hour talking to four departments and was told they could help me each time. The last person finally said no, sorry, contact the seller directly. What a joke. Don't bother with them. Agent number one could have told me what agent number * said. It is obvious they read of a script. I actually feel sorry for the workers.
