~tasha222: I would like to TALK to a human. This option is not available. I do not have my invoice * so can't pay on line. You ask for no other info such as address so I can PAY my past due BILL. I sure would like to.**Also, you have a space to leave a message--that does not work. Your phone * doesn't get me to a HUMAN. Also--very frustrating to a ** year old without much computer knowledge. Geeeez. My * is ***-***-****--and please leave me a call back * if I do not answer.
