~Very annoyed: For the second time since the RX renewal was phoned in by the doctor, I called to determine why order was still "in process". It was ** min. before I spoke to the first representative, and I was then transferred * additional times before I talked with someone who was knowledgeable(??), a total of ** min--ridiculous! This RX was for diabetic test strips (a renewal, as we have been members for ** yrs.). She asked if I was insulin dependent!! I have been ordering insulin pens (* types) during my membership. This is not the first time I've had a problem with a refill or renewal RX. Their service is the worst ever!!!
