~fed up: They don't keep commitments to follow up. If you need a prescription, you have to keep calling to get the order processed. Despite doctor's office faxing everything needed, the order does not go through. I've called three times and the doctors* office has called twice. The prescription ( a common tier one generic with zero copay) is still being held with no ship date.

~fed up: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~fed up: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
