~j21martinez: Everytime I go to the ross in lake worth, tx there is always two registers open, one for returns and another for regular customers checkout, they are very slow, but today I went around *:**pm and was waiting in the return line for about ** minutes because there was only one regester open it was the retun and the lady was taking turns from two different lines, making the wait longer.*Finally after about ** or ** minutes she calls for help.*There customer service is terrible, will not be going there any time soon.
