~gec12: I called about leaking after use and was told to empty iron of water immediately after use. I assume this will help. Strangely I was unable to connect with customer service. I kept getting cut off so I finally pressed "*" to speak to a human being. So even though I only waited * minutes, I had to call * times before I was helped.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Rowenta. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Rowenta problem?
~gec12: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gec12: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rowenta's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gec12: For that I would say two out of five.
