~Nancy V: I have * Rowenta irons that are both about ** years old and have been well cared for and not used a lot as I am single. Both have stopped heating unless I keep taking the plug and continuously re-plugging into outlet. This is strange, but the representative says that the charge to even look at an iron for repair is $**-**.** so that is not worth it. I wonder if this is a typs of "Built in Obsolescence"? Disappointing.
