~Anonymous: Phone * helpful. receptionist very helpful and nice. Rowenta company very disappointed in that my board is * years old and no cover is available from you for my ironing board for Model **B **** I need cover *ZD****. Do to you not making any cover for this board will not purchase another board from you. The covers wear out not the board. I have enjoyed owning my board but since you seem to think we should be a throw away society I refuse to pay a lot for another ironing board just to throw it away. Very dissatisfied and unhappy with Rowenta as a company!!!!
