~rosie123: I have been waiting for a lost parcel refund for months, they keep changing their story, they are a bunch of ********. I used the 'keep listening to menus until put through to a human' method...it worked, recommend. Nice cust. service lady, dreadful system, terrible, shameful...god I have run out of bad words for them!
