GetHuman-245011: On the first * times I rang, the options I chose (which seemed the most logical ones) left me going around in circles, with no way of speaking to a human being. When I rang for the third time, I was presented with several series of a bewilderingly complex range of options, none of which was relevant. I also had to listen to "Sarah" prattle on at great length about how I should check the website for answers, followed by several long, irrelevant spiels about various procedures. I'd lost the will to live by the time I spoke to a human.**The worst telephone service I've ever yet had to endure.
