~Dissatisfied customer: Useless service - I needed to speak to a real person. My question did not relate to any of the things offered to me on all the numbers given. I used to be able to speak to the local Customer Services and my query was answered in a few minutes, by a real person !!! I did not want to talk to Sarah !!
