GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ruby Tuesday customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~camartin: I do not know if this complaint will reach the correct dept or not, but my last visit to my local RT was a total disaster. We were seated in a timely manner probably because there were so few customers last evening. It took ** minutes just to order. A simple order of burgers and drinks with fries didnt seem like a difficult order, but it took another ** minutes to get our drinks, my order was not correct. I ordered a Margarita with Cuervo Gold, my drink did NOT have Cuervo Gold in it. Then after ** more minutes our food showed up. Burgers were fine, but fries were ordered "loaded" with cheese, scallions & sour cream. The fries were so hot & spicey neither myself or my daughter could eat them. When the bill came the server forgot to deduct half off the second entree, it took another ** minutes jujst to recalculate the bill. It was just a very very bad experience this time and some restitution would be appreciated.
