~cglasford: I sent a complaint last Tuesday. My husband and and I returned to Ruby Tuesdays on Saturday. I once again asked for soup in place of the two sides. I told the waiter i sent a complaint to Ruby's regarding my last visit. The manger came to speak to me and said he was about to call me. He was very kind and went above and beyond to make our experience very pleasant. Our waiter "Adam" was excellent as well. I was very excited to see the Coconut shrimp back on the menu. The manager said the "key Lime"dip was going away, I said I could live with it (but will really miss it) @ least the shrimp is back!!!! Thank you for contacting the manager. I am in a Customer Service profession as well. I know it is difficult talking to unsatified customers. The manager in Rapid City handled this professionally and was very pleasant to deal with.
