~michelle: I visted the Devine St Ruby Tuesday the location that I go to at least * times out of the month. I ordered my usual, baby back ribs. When I recieved my order I immediately noticed that they were cold andnot cooked throughly...I sent my order back, they warmed the same ribs up and brought them back within * mins which was now hot but still tough to break apart..I asked to speak to management and he informed me that he would see if they had anything better but if not will I like something else....I told him no..he came back and told me he had some so he had the waitress take my food back so I asked to have it to go because of the wait and I was very much frustrated at this point. When the food arrived, they put both my daughter's ribs and my ribs in the same to ho container and not our sides that was taken to the back as well....ask for manager again, told him of the inconvience and never got an apology or any care of concern so I canceled my order but was charged for the drinks we reci
