~Pentecost: This is the worse company to buy from!! I ordered a rug and when it finally arrived it was just huge! the wrong size. Being honest I called them and they wanted to immediately charge me the difference. Through many battles with customer service yelling at me, finally Google Trusted Store contacted them to issue a label and get my refund. They are horrible, it took * weeks to get my label and * weeks to get my refund. Of course I was treated badly. Never buy from this store!! Horrible experience. I could have kept the larger rug and they would have known. But I didn't and look what service I got
