GetHuman-346871: When I received my zebra print rug, it had some imperfections that were not the beautiful quality of other rugs I had seen from Rugs USA,. I called and spoke to The Returns Department and explained the problem. The person that I spoke to was very helpful and told me she would send me a Return Shipping Label so I can return the rug to them at their expense since there were the imperfections in it. I will be ordering another rug from USA Rugs once I get this one returned and I get a credit to my VISA for the returned one.
